Anyone who has been on recently knows that many of our membership have not logged in for quite a while. For this reason, I am instituting an inactivity policy which will apply to all those in leadership positions, namely Managers and Directors. I'm sure all of you can understand the logic behind this policy. Manager and Director are not simply titles which grant certain access privileges. There is a measure of responsibility that goes along with it. When TSC was started, all new members were immediately granted Manager privileges. Now that we are established, these titles become indicative of your status in the Company. Starting tomorrow, the following guidelines regarding Ranks will be instituted:
1. Managers must show occasional activity and must log in at least once per month.
2. Directors must show regular activity and must log in at least once per week. Extended leaves of absence shall be no longer than two weeks and must be made public to the officers BEFORE leave is to be taken.
3. Any member who has not logged in in the past 90 days will be discharged from the Company. A new application must be submitted upon returning to be reaccepted into the Company.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a demotion to the rank of Associate. Following a return to regular logging in, a petition may be made to the officers to re-instate you to your previously held Rank (or lower) which may be restored upon review.
Thank you for your cooperation.
